| Prime Minister's Awards
In his role as Senior producer at LTA, Alec Auchstaetter
produced and directed the national teacher profile vignettes
for the Prime Ministers Awards for Teaching Excellence
for CLT and the PMA office in 2001, 2002 and 2003. These
heartwarming and uplifting vignettes are played on big
screens during the award gala held on Parliament Hill
each year.
CLT contracted The Jade Monkey Media and Production
to write, produce and edit a "Feel Good" corporate
video for the PMA office in 2002. This video is used
to help gain recognition and obtain additional sponsorship
for the Prime Ministers Awards for Teaching Excellence
program.
While senior producer at LTA, Alec Auchstaetter also
produced and directed an emotional Ten year Retrospective
voiced by Hanna Gartener for the Prime Ministers Awards
for Teaching Excellence in 2003, distributed nationally
on DVD and VHS.
